The Game
PULSOIDS is an arcade game for one or two players (Alternating). Each player must clear the screen of tiles by deflecting pulsoids (Energy pulses) off their energy mirror (Bat). Each player starts with one pulse. However, Aliens also play in this arena, entering from the eye at the top of the screen. If a pulsoid collides with it, the alien will be destroyed and the Pulsoid will split into two. Bonuses also fall for some tiles that are destroyed. Collect them to earn extra power-ups and increase your score.

In further levels, you may pick up a Bonus that gives you a Plasma Barrier at the base of the screen. This will deflect any Pulsoids so long as Fire is held down. However, the plasma barrier will last for a short time, and is dependant on period of activity. The Plasma barrier may be carried across levels.
Once a game is over (And the other player has also died), you will be given the opportunity to enter your name in the High score tables. You will also be given your position in the tables.

looks awesome!
It does indeed! I think Pulsoids is the first game Twilighte made that really nailed it in term of balance between the playability, the technical achievement and how it sounded and looked.
Which reminds me, I forgot to add a link to a video of the game in action!
